Jeffersonville, Ind. (WHAS)--The Internal Revenue Service will hold a public auction Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the Clark County Government Building, 501 E. Court Ave., Jeffersonville, Ind.  to try and recoup back taxes owed by the Haven House.
